1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ayanaa's food delivery platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. User Roles

Ayanaa supports three types of users:

• Customers: Can browse menus, place orders, and make payments
• Chefs: Can create menus, accept orders, and earn from food sales (subject to admin approval)
• Riders: Can accept delivery assignments and earn delivery fees (subject to admin approval)

4. Orders and Payments

When placing an order:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be completed via M-Pesa before order processing
• Orders are final once payment is confirmed
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and other factors

5. Chef and Rider Terms

For Chefs and Riders:

• All registrations require admin approval
• You must maintain accurate location and contact information
• Earnings are subject to platform commission
• Payouts are processed weekly or monthly as per your preference
• You must comply with all food safety and delivery regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ayanaa platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ayanaa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ayanaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
